To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions: There are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages and Issues: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get the desired item as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above for returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
